Who Do I call for
repairs and emergencies?

You
will continue to call TXU; the Public Utilities
Commission has dominion over the electric grid and
TXU is paid very well to insure that electric
power is provided at all times. In the case of an
outage, TXU’s subsidiary, ONCORE will insure
quick restoration to any power outage.
What
is an affiliate REP?

An
Affiliate REP is a company associated with the
local wires company.
What is a
competitive REP?

These
REPs compete for your business by offering lower

What if my REP
goes out of business?
|
If
your REP goes out of business, your service will
automatically be transferred to the Provider of
Last Resort (POLR), which serves as a back-up REP
in your area.

manner?
